Marketing/Branding researcher

1 Position

We are looking for a talented Marketing/Branding Researcher to join our branding and design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for consumer behavior, branding, and marketing research. As a Marketing/Branding Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research to support our branding and design initiatives. You will work closely with the branding and design teams to gather insights that inform our messaging, product development, and overall branding strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct primary and secondary research studies to gather insights on consumer behavior, preferences, and attitudes towards our brand and products
  • Develop and execute surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, and other research methodologies to collect data
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the branding and design teams
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform our branding and design strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings are integrated into branding and design strategies and initiatives
  • Support the development of customer personas and segmentation strategies to guide our branding and design efforts
  • Create compelling and informative reports and presentations that communicate research findings to stakeholders
  • Continuously seek out new and innovative research methods and tools to improve our understanding of our target audiences and markets
  • No design skill required


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, psychology, sociology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and branding research, preferably in a consumer goods or services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficient in research methodologies, survey design, and data analysis tools such as SPSS, Qualtrics, or similar
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Passionate about consumer behavior and marketing research with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the field
